Answer inbound calls for all dealerships in the group Connect callers to the appropriate department or individual Provide detailed messages for missed calls Schedule all service appointment requests Confirm next day Service Appointments Respond to OnStar alerts by contacting customers regarding the maintenance suggested, and scheduling the service appointment. Service Reminders for newly purchased customers to schedule and return for their first maintenance. Requirements: Pleasant, organized, coachable. Compensation details:
