Individual must have experience with legal research and writing as the position requires the drafting of legal documents using Westlaw to support trial preparation and execution. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case preparation. Draft legal documents and correspondence related to personal injury cases. Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress. Assist in negotiations and settlement discussions, ensuring client interests are represented.
