Job Description
Clinical Training & Support
Train nurses and caregivers on device usage, maintenance, and data interpretation
Provide on-site and remote support for device and system issues
Coordinate telehealth assessments with Nurse Practitioners
Support basic patient reviews and ensure protocol compliance
Technical Support & Installation
Troubleshoot device malfunctions and connectivity issues
Escalate complex cases to technical teams
Install, calibrate, and test RPM devices at healthcare facilities
Ensure firmware updates and optimal device performance
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
Document installations, repairs, and service activities
Report recurring issues to engineering and product teams
Inventory & Coordination
Manage device inventory, deployments, and replacements
Collaborate with clinical, technical, product, and logistics teams
Provide field feedback and escalate customer concerns
Certifications
CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) – at least one required
Valid driver’s license with frequent travel
Experience
2–3 years in clinical coordination, medical device installation, or healthcare technology support
Experience in healthcare settings preferred
Skills
Strong clinical and technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and training ability
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
