Pharmacist

Job Title: Pharmacist (Contract) – Fridley, MN Location:

Full-time, 40 hours/week Contract Duration:

Approx. 13 weeks+ (extension possible)

Key Responsibilities Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications Ensure prescriptions comply with state and federal regulations Monitor patient medication usage, interactions, and compliance Provide consultation on prescriptions, OTC medications, storage, dosage, and side effects Maintain confidential and accurate patient medication records

Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree Active Pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to start) Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, medication safety, and dispensing practices Ability to work rotating shifts including occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications Experience with sterile compounding or IV preparation Previous experience in long-term care, retail, or clinical pharmacy settings
