Electrical Technician

HTI is hiring a Master Electrical Technician for a Client in the Seneca, SC area. This is a Direct Hire position on 1st shift paying up to $40.00 Per Hour. Install and develop/program new technology; PLC's (Siemens), HMI, Vision Systems, VFD, and Robotics. • Enhance existing machine tools and manufacturing processes to increase uptime, improve quality, and boost productivity. • Support manufacturing by overseeing production equipment and processes, assigning projects and tasks to maintenance/engineering technicians. • Implement cost-saving initiatives to meet plant-wide requirements and improve operational efficiency. • Support and drive continual improvement programs such as 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Kaizen activities. • Train production associates and maintenance technicians on new technologies and updated manufacturing processes. • Adhere to QMS and EMS guidelines. • Manage capital projects. • Collaborate with plant, technical support, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to achieve plant goals including safety, quality, productivity, growth, housekeeping, and teamwork. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. • High School or GED.
