Surgical Technologist - Main Operating Room ($10k sign-on)

Position Summary/ Department Summary: We are seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the team within our Main Operating Room in Boston. Key Responsibilities: Providing sterile instruments to surgical team during surgery. Organizing and arranging sterile instruments and supplies. Collecting and removing contaminated items at completion of cases. Assisting circulating nurses in maintaining adequate stock of sterile supplies Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment. Minimum Qualifications Experience: 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred. Pediatric experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications: A certificate from a Surgical Technologist program. New Graduates are eligible, provided that the certification is obtained within 12 months of graduation.

Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time hires with over 1 year of direct OR experience as a Surgical Tech (who have not worked here in the past 2 years).

LI-onsite The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
