Dental Hygienist – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive Pay No Fridays or Weekends | Private Practice | Full Time OR Part Time Our team-driven private dental group is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our highly respected and supportive office. We're a fast-paced, modern practice with a strong focus on quality patient care and team collaboration. Whether you're newly licensed or experienced, we're excited to support your growth and success. Position Highlights: Full Time or Part Time available. Office is open Monday–Thursday, 8AM to 5PM No Fridays or weekends Modern, 15-operatory office with in-house dental lab Fully digital: Dentrix , Dexis , Schick sensors, intraoral cameras Team includes 5 General Dentists, 2 Hygienists, and 20 support staff All services offered, including extractions, root canals, implants, and Cerec crowns Compensation & Benefits: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time only) Competitive hourly wage ($40 to $50/hr) bonuses (Our hygienists have earned $90,000 annually) Paid holidays and vacation/personal time Group medical insurance Dental benefits IRA retirement savings plan Uniform allowance Qualifications: Active Dental Hygiene License (new grads welcome) Strong clinical skills and eagerness to learn Experience with Dentrix and dental coding a plus Team-oriented and committed to high-quality care If you're looking for a stable, well-equipped practice with great pay, great people, and no weekends , we'd love to hear from you.
