Clinical Content Lead

for structured educational modules delivered via short-form video and reinforced by chatbot support.

What you will do You will develop modules (30–60 minutes total video content) on topics such as

co-regulation, behavioral management, school avoidance, family therapy techniques, understanding anxiety, etc. You should use Claude & GPT to assist with researching, planning, drafting and editing your content, while also applying your own expertise and knowledge. Each module involves: ·

Producing Mandarin-language scripts (3–5 min segments) ·

Designing parent exercises and worksheets ·

Preparing summary PowerPoint slides ·

Providing citations and evidence foundation ·

Supplying FAQs and structured inputs for chatbot follow-up ·

Reviewing AI-assisted drafts for clinical accuracy ·

Ensuring a

clinically responsible and culturally grounded program

Ideal background ·

Master’s or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Behavioral Science, ABA, or related field ·

Native or near-native Mandarin + fluent English ·

Experience with adolescent or family therapy preferred ·

Comfortable collaborating with AI tools (GPT, Claude) ·

Strong ability to translate research into accessible parent education Licensure is a plus but not required.

Fixed-fee, per-module structure ·

Initial contract: 3–5 modules ·

Master’s-level:

$4,000

(short modules)

to $6,000

(long modules) ·

PhD / Licensed Psychologist:

$6,000

(short modules) to

$8,000

(long modules) Each module typically represents ~30–60 hours of work depending on scope.
