Quality Assurance Manager (Lowell)

Our well established, award winning client has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team. This is a leadership role where the QA Manager will conduct internal AS9100 audits and customer audits as well as review customer RFQs. In addition, the QA Manager will be responsible for CAPA management, ECO processes and conduct MRB meetings. They will review quotes and contracts and be responsible for updating all QMS procedures. This is a true hands-on leadership role where the QA Manager will manage all in-coming, in-process and final inspection and set up and maintain calibrations. Candidates with ASQ Certifications are highly desired. This is a full-time, on – site position. Additional Requirements and Qualifications · Manage supplier quality, including approvals, ratings, and compliance monitoring (GIDEP) · Monthly and yearly management reviews · Bachelors in Business, Engineering or related field · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Analytical problem solving required · Experience in Total Quality Management and process improvement · IPC certifications a plus
