Family Law Paralegal Needed Herrling Clark, Appleton, WI - Full-time

Herrling Clark Law firm is currently looking for a Paralegal to assist in the efficient and economic delivery of legal services by developing and standardizing procedures and forms, researching new law developments and incorporating them into the daily practice of law, and generally freeing up attorney time for complex client problems. Further requirements include interviewing clients, analyzing documents and records, as well as drafting and assembling of documents as required.

All Paralegals must attend schooling for becoming a paralegal and shall obtain a certificate or degree indicating that they have completed a paralegal program approved by the firm. At the discretion of the firm, a law degree of a bachelor’s degree may be accepted in lieu of the above.
