Key Responsibilities: Represent and defend healthcare providers and institutions in medical malpractice litigation. Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Advise on risk management and compliance issues related to healthcare operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to develop effective defense strategies. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation or healthcare law. Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience and case management.
