Registered Dental Hygienist

Pay Scale: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

We aren’t interested in seeing anyone get burnt out. Our office is open 4 days per week allowing you to have the flexibility you need. Additionally, we are limiting the number of our in-network insurance relationships so we aren’t constantly stressing about getting to that next patient.

Our patient care protocol are centered on providing elite care. This means that new patients start with a comprehensive exams by both our doctors and hygiene team to establish a thorough treatment plan. Our doctors focus on restorative and cosmetic needs while our hygienists can focus on periodontal health.

To this end we try to provide the best equipment and methods to allow our hygienists to have the confidence that they will make a difference for their patients. We are one of the first offices in Kentucky to be fully certified in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) while using the state of the art EMS Airflow system. This system combined with laser therapy has led to a 10% drop in periodontally compromised patients in our practice.

Finally, we want to see our team succeed right off the bat, so our training and onboarding process will allow you to feel confident that you’re able to deliver the high level of care that we expect.
