Premier NYC plaintiff employment law firm seeks experienced Senior Attorney or Partner Level Attorney who can lead a small team Associate Attorney and Paralegal) Responsibilities: Oversee small team in high volume plaintiff side litigation firm Litigate employment related cases Draft pleadings, discovery and motions and extensive writing experience Ability to handle complex cases Conduct legal research Make court appearances in courts in NYC and surrounding area Provide exemplary legal counsel and representation Delegate casework to legal support staff Requirements: NY State Admission 5-10+ years of employment litigation (plaintiff or defense) Strong Writing Skills Ability to be on-site in NYC Financial District office 4 days a week Experience with any or all of the following statutes is highly preferred: -Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. -The New York State Human Rights Law. -The New York City Human Rights Law. -Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
