Associate Attorney – Structured Finance / CLO (Charlotte, NC)
A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an
Associate Attorney
to join its growing Finance practice in Charlotte, NC. This is a legal role within a sophisticated transactional group, not a financial analyst or investment position.
The team focuses on complex structured credit transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and related securitization matters. The practice represents a broad range of institutional clients, including asset managers, private credit platforms, and major financial institutions.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to deepen their experience in structured finance within a well-established and expanding platform.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in securitization, structured finance, or related transactional areas
Experience with CLO transactions strongly preferred
Exposure to private credit, fund finance, NAV facilities, or subscription line lending is a plus
Strong academic credentials
Experience working in a large or sophisticated transactional law firm environment preferred
Compensation:
Starting at $260,000+ base salary, commensurate with class year and experience
