A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 school setting in Glen Allen, VA, serving students in the Richmond area. This contract assignment spans the calendar school year, beginning in January 2026 and concluding at the end of May 2026. The role will involve working with a variety of caseloads and age groups across one or more school sites, with support from Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and onsite facilitators. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Utilize evidence-based practices to support communication, language development, and related services. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Virginia SLP license. Experience working in school environments preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage diverse caseload needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Location: Glen Allen, VA (Richmond Area).
