Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services in a dynamic school setting serving students from pre-school through 12th grade. With a focus on supporting pediatric populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels, the role involves managing a diverse K-12 caseload with students at varying stages of communication development.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy strategies as needed
Maintaining thorough documentation and complying with all state and federal guidelines
Qualifications and desired experience:
Valid and current license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience working in pediatric and school-based settings
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students ranging from pre-school through 12th grade
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and school staff
Flexibility to manage a full K-12 caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Location: Vina, CA
Contract duration: Immediate start through the end of the school year, with candidates interested in part-time or full-time commitments encouraged to apply.
