We work closely with Engineering, Experience Design, Analytics, Third Party system and service providers and business leaders across the company to bring these solutions to life.We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to evolve the customer and supplier experiences for Appliances and strengthen our post-order fulfillment planning space. This role will provide the agency to influence the roadmap of two key areas within our supply chain ecosystem - 1) run product discovery and map end to end customer journey to improve the shopping experience for appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers etc.) and 2) improve the planning of fulfillment in the post-order journey across various stages - PO generation, supplier registration, carrier label generation and post-order customer or supplier initiated changes.In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate in a hands-on mode and build capabilities that provide a delightful customer experience.You'll act as a connective tissue between engineering, business stakeholders, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable and resilient solutions that power key business functions.
