The Opportunity We're expanding our roofing/construction sales team and seeking

driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives

who thrive in a performance-based environment. This is a high-earning, commission-only role for professionals with a hunter mindset and construction industry experience.

What You'll Do Prospect and generate roofing leads through canvassing, networking, referrals, and self-sourcing Conduct on-site inspections and assess roofing needs Present tailored roofing solutions and proposals to homeowners and commercial clients Build strong customer relationships from first contact through project completion Manage follow-ups on leads, estimates, and signed contracts Collaborate with project management and operations teams for seamless execution Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline Stay current on roofing products, materials, and industry trends

What We're Looking For ✅

Proven sales experience

(roofing, construction, or home improvement highly preferred) ✅

Construction industry background

with an established network or book of business ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills ✅ Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently ✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally across South Florida ✅ Comfortable working on-site and in outdoor conditions
