We are seeking an
Export Compliance Analyst
for a very important client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the
Global Export & Sanctions Compliance (GESC)

About the Team
The
Global Export & Sanctions Compliance (GESC)
team ensures alignment with worldwide laws governing the export of technology and products. The team develops creative and innovative compliance solutions to support business objectives while maintaining regulatory adherence. Collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are core to the teamโs mission.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export control and sanctions regulations, including
EAR, ITAR, OFAC , and applicable foreign government regulations
Research, analyze, and classify
hardware, software, and third-party products
Prepare and submit classification requests and export license applications to relevant government agencies
Maintain accurate and compliant corporate export control records in accordance with record retention requirements
Support
deemed export compliance , including reviewing foreign national candidates and submitting
IVL export license applications
to the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
Conduct sanctions and restricted party screening, including investigations of companies and individuals
Manage
End User Certifications
and
Nuclear Nonproliferation Statements
Develop and deliver
Export Compliance Awareness training programs
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving export compliance processes and procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to additional compliance initiatives across the organization
Required Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of the
Export Administration Regulations (EAR) , particularly
Categories 3, 4, and 5
Experience classifying both
hardware and software products, parts, and components
Experience handling
End User Certifications
and
Nuclear Nonproliferation Statements
Experience investigating and researching entities and individuals for sanctions risk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum
3+ years of general export compliance experience
preferred
Mac and OS X proficiency
required
