IP Paralegal (Life Sciences) – Join a Growing Innovation-Focused Team Are you an experienced IP Paralegal with a passion for supporting cutting-edge Life Sciences innovation? We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to partner with a Senior IP Paralegal in managing a dynamic patent portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with inventors, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders while playing a key role in protecting valuable intellectual property assets. What You’ll Do Maintain and update patent portfolio records in the internal IP database (CPI experience preferred) Ensure data accuracy across systems and conduct routine audits to maintain portfolio integrity Support U.S. and foreign patent prosecution activities, timelines, and documentation Coordinate inventor signature requests and collaborate with outside law firms Manage patent abandonments, including notifications and database updates Assist with law firm IP conflict checks and portfolio transfers Oversee patent assignment processes and new case openings for a designated portfolio Provide ongoing administrative and operational IP support

What You Bring Experience with U.S. and international patent prosecution procedures and terminology Strong proficiency in patent docketing systems (CPI preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication skills and comfort working with inventors and outside counsel A proactive, team-oriented mindset
