The Role: Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth while building strong, lasting client relationships. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and deliver tailored personal insurance solutions. Our streamlined operational support allows you to stay focused on revenue-generating activities without being weighed down by administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business sales through consultative selling strategies
Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate personal lines solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and renewals
Consistently meet or exceed goals for quotes, new business production, and retention
Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline activity and performance metrics
What You Bring
College degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Easily coachable and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment
Insurance license not required to apply (significant plus if already licensed)
