About the Company
Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and we are looking for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
About the Role
As an RBT with us, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop functional skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect accurate data during each therapy session
Assist in identifying and developing individualized treatment goals
Communicate progress updates to the treatment team
Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors
Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor, especially when working with children
Strong record-keeping and communication skills
RBT certification required (or actively pursuing)
