Sales Representative – Aluminum & Glass Railing Systems (Hialeah)

Mesapol USA Aluminum & Glass Systems is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, bilingual Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the South Florida construction market.

If you’re confident in technical sales, comfortable speaking with installers, contractors and architects, and driven by performance-based earnings, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, sales orders, and invoices on a daily basis for existing clients

Support warehouse operations during material preparation, handling, and delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Inspect materials prior to delivery to maintain quality control standards

Follow up consistently on open quotes to convert opportunities into confirmed orders

Process orders accurately and coordinate closely with internal teams for production scheduling and timely delivery

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and glass industry (installers, contractors, architects, builders, and developers)

Proactively prospect using online tools, outbound calls, and email outreach

Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Track pipeline activity, prepare sales forecasts, and submit weekly performance reports

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Spanish (required) – strong written and verbal communication

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (railing, glass or construction industry preferred)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent customer service mindset

Ability to understand technical product specifications

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Valid Florida driver’s license

Willingness to travel locally up to 30% to the clients or prospects locations.

Compensation & Benefits
