Qualifications ARRT® certification in Radiography Current state licensure Associate’s degree in radiologic technology BLS certification New graduates

or

1+ years of experience as an X-ray Technologist Solid understanding of X-ray principles and imaging fundamentals Strong communication skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care

of instruction covering: Breast anatomy and physiology Positioning and compression techniques Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures 8 hours of digital mammography training 8 hours digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) training Extensive hands-on experience

to apply learned techniques in real clinical settings Board preparation

to help you succeed on the ARRT® Mammography Certification Exam

Responsibilities Participate in 6 weeks of training, covering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in mammography. Develop expertise in mammography techniques , including precise patient positioning, while ensuring safety, comfort, and quality imaging standards. Prepare for and complete
