Compensation & Pay Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually based on licensure Billable Hourly Rate: $60–$75 per hour based on licensure Bi-weekly pay | W2 You can make more than 90,000K a year What You’ll Do Provide individualized, culturally responsive mental health treatment Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners Maintain HIPAA-compliant records in our EHR Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Two (2) years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with clients preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen. Solid relationship building capabilities. Positive and compassionate attitude Keen attention to detail Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs. Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field. Passion for advancing the therapy field. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
