About the Role
Arise Cannabis is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven OLCC METRC & Operations
Administrative Coordinator to manage compliance, wholesale order processing, and office
administration within our regulated cannabis operation.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate seed-to-sale tracking (METRC & Distru),
ensuring audit readiness under OLCC regulations, managing wholesale order processing,
and supporting internal administrative systems including payroll, purchasing, and
documentation.
This position requires strong accountability, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to
manage multiple operational workflows independently.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Inventory Management
• Maintain real-time accuracy of METRC inventory, tags, and transfers
• Reconcile physical inventory with METRC and Distru
• Manage manifests, trade samples, and testing submissions
• Ensure all documentation remains audit-ready
• Prepare for OLCC inspections and compliance reviews
Wholesale Order Processing
• Manage wholesale order entry and reconciliation in Distru
• Confirm inventory availability prior to fulfillment
• Generate compliant manifests for outgoing transfers
• Coordinate weekly Portland transfers
• Communicate inventory or fulfillment issues immediately
Office & Administrative Management
• Manage correspondence and scheduling
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Process invoices, receipts, and purchase orders
• Conduct daily time clock corrections and weekly payroll audits
• Support onboarding and HR documentation tracking
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in an OLCC-licensed cannabis facility
• Strong working knowledge of METRC
• Familiarity with OLCC compliance and inventory control
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license required
• Valid Marijuana Worker Permit required
• Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
Compensation
• Hourly starting at $18.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
• Opportunity for wage review based on performance and expanded responsibility
