Location: Barton, Vermont Serving travelers from New England and surrounding states
Setting: Long-Term Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Schedule: 40 hours per week Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete Employment Status: W2 Travel Assignment
Travel Pay Package
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,446
Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,200 Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,246
Estimated Blended Hourly Rate: $61.15 per hour
Requirements
Active RN license required Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred Current BLS certification required Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Perform resident assessments and monitor ongoing health conditions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Supervise LPNs and CNAs as assigned Update and maintain accurate care plans and documentation Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
