The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, a patient-first mindset, and a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery protocols. Responsibilities: Lead a group of passionate PT's and PTA's Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals Track and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Provide education and guidance to patients and families for ongoing care Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment Qualifications: Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) Prior orthopedic or outpatient experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills Strong commitment to patient care and professional excellence Interested in hearing more?
