Requirements: MUST be licensed in Georgia 3+ years of litigation experience Background in

transportation litigation

strongly preferred Experience with

tort matters ,

motor carrier defense , and/or

insurance coverage disputes

is a major plus Strong academic credentials Practical experience with

depositions, discovery, and motion practice Detail‑oriented, strong judgment, and able to thrive both independently and in a team setting
