Event & Community Intern (Mountain View)

We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Event & Community Intern to support our AI ecosystem initiatives across events, startup programs, and GTM efforts.

What You’ll Do • Support major tech events (conference, AI expos, product launch, demo days, socials, hackathons) • Help organize meetups, VC relationships & startup gatherings • Coordinate logistics, contracts, on-site execution, and cross-team alignment • Drive community outreach (founders, builders, researchers, students, partners) • Support our Startup Program (SCALE) operations • Draft event recap reports & assist with event-related PR/GTM materials • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other ecosystem partners

Who You Are • Based in the Bay Area and is an event explorer! • Strong communicator (writing + external coordination) • Highly organized, detail-oriented, fast executor, design background preferred • Interested in AI, startups, venture ecosystem • Comfortable managing multiple moving parts

Bonus: prior event / startup / community experience.
