Description:
This role will support Avature Implementation up until go-live in Feb. 2027. The duration may be fluid, depending on the project requirements. The hiring manager is looking for a candidate with 1-4 years of experience. The role is not entry level but is a good fit for someone who is early in their career and wants to build their project experience. This role DOES NOT include any requirements gathering. Initial stages of the project have already been completed, and the manager is looking for a data-driven, heads-down type candidate to complete testing (70%) and to consolidate global documents into technical requirements (30%). Testing includes creating and running test scripts, validating tests, submitting tests, etc. The business currently has multiple manual or varied process documentation, and workbooks need to be updated.
The ideal candidate has a background with HRMS/HRIS. This could include Workday, Gem, Avature or others. (Avature experience is NOT required).
This role is 100% onsite at Williams Tower in Houston, TX.
Rate cannot exceed the posted rates, as the HM has a fixed budget for this role.
CRM Implementation Analyst
We are seeking a CRM Implementation Analyst Contractor to support our Talent Acquisition CRM implementation. This role is actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, including validating system design, and ensuring high-quality delivery through strong testing execution. The contractor will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Operations and technical teams to ensure solutions meet recruiting business needs and enhance the candidate experience.
General
• Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Participate in CRM project design and sprint planning sessions.
• Validate proposed solutions against TA workflows and business needs.
• Lead execution of functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain test scenarios, scripts, and documentation.
• Execute end-to-end testing across CRM enhancements and integrations.
• Track, report, and validate defect resolution.
• Provide feedback on usability, process improvements, and readiness for release.
• Support demos, release reviews, and deployment readiness activities.

Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, CRM, or ATS environments.
• Prior involvement in system implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience executing UAT or QA activities.
