This position requires an individual that is enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator. In this role, the Photo Merchandise Coordinator will work cross-functionally with many internal and external partners to coordinate merchandise logistics for all marketing photography and video needs across all channels and platforms.
They are the gatekeeper of all product and props to ensure all production, styling, and creative guidelines are followed and deadlines are met. This person must be willing to travel for select location and local photoshoots to manage merchandise, assist in talent wardrobe coordination, and ensure product accuracy.
Duties
Responsible for organizing merchandise according to individual project needs. This includes requesting samples from merchant partners, logging all merchandise into internal sample tracking system, ensuring samples are attached to appropriate shots in production hub, purchasing and returning product when needed, expensing all
purchases, packing, shipping, and unpacking at completion of project.
Manage fit model logistics, organize samples, and attend all quarterly style out meetings. This includes holding sample touch bases with all necessary merchant teams prior to style out meetings, working closely with Supervisor, merchandising teams, and production to determine fit model needs for each meeting, organizing all merchandise
as head to toe looks in garment bags, assigning fit models to each look based on product sizes, and ensuring that models get dressed quickly into assigned looks to keep meetings running smoothly, all while communicating with meeting owners on shifts or delays that might occur throughout the meeting.
Act as a liaison between creative, merchandising, content/planning, and production to gather all relevant and necessary product information and to help resolve any product issues.
Occasional travel for photoshoots to manage merchandise and ensure the photoshoot runs smoothly. This includes working closely with wardrobe and prop stylists and production to call out any potential fit concerns, as well as ensuring all product is captured for all version and signage need
Facilitate quarterly sample sale clean ups for previously purchased product that was unable to be returned.
