Commercial Construction Project Manager

Annual Salary: $85k- $95k DOE | Plus Full Benefits

Requirements: Must have 5 years’ experience in Commercial Construction Project Management College Construction Degree or PMP preferred (or related experience in lieu of education) OSHA 30 required In-depth understanding of budgets, invoicing, contracts, and all construction-related trades Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organization Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.

Responsibilities: Estimate and manage commercial construction project(s) Determine needed resources (necessary manpower, equipment, and materials) Monitor the progress of construction activities on a regular basis to ensure the plan is following the established timeline Update status reports and other project-related documents Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines

All employees must have proper PPE hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety glasses and work gloves.
