The Impact Youโll Make
In this role, you will move beyond the clinic to provide personalized therapy that transforms daily life for your clients.
Clinical Care:
Provide individualized speech, language, and swallowing therapy in a one-on-one home setting.
Diagnostics:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and create tailored, functional treatment plans.
Specialized Training:
Offer cognitive-linguistic training and functional communication strategies that matter in real-world environments.
Education:
Empower clients and their caregivers with strategies that reinforce safety, progress, and independence.
Collaboration:
Document services using EMR and communicate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
What You Bring to the Team
Licensure:
Current
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota .
Experience:
A passion for patient-centered care. Experience with EMR is preferred.
Logistics:
A valid driverโs license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Twin Cities metro.
Qualities:
Self-driven, empathetic, and professional, with a commitment to clinical excellence.
