Your Role: As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will: Provide individualized and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality treatment delivery. Deliver services in both clinical and community settings, including schools and other natural environments. Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Certification: Active BCBA certification or eligible for state licensure. Experience: Prior BCBA experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
