We are seeking a senior technical expert for complex, data-intensive environments. This role combines deep troubleshooting expertise with proactive solution design, helping customers achieve reliable, scalable, and high‑performance data ecosystems. Develop a complete understanding of customer end-to-end data ecosystems, including Databases, object stores, file systems, and streaming platforms, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms, governance frameworks, and AI/ML environments. Drive initiatives that elevate customer experience, platform stability, and long‑term success

Lead investigation and resolution of high‑severity, multi‑layer incidents involving infrastructure, Kubernetes, data engines, storage, networking, and system integrations Provide solution architecture recommendations related to performance tuning, resiliency, configuration design, and integration best practices Act as a technical bridge between Customer Support, Product Management, and R&D Escalate defects, influence roadmap decisions, and translate customer issues into actionable product improvements Identify recurring patterns, systemic risks, and opportunities for optimization

AI/Data Engineering: Python development, working with xhqgsiq datasets, and AI/ML models ~ Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, Elasticsearch, MS SQL, MongoDB ~ DevOps & Infrastructure: Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, observability/log pipelines, library and runtime environments
