Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to support our manufacturing/industrial operations. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems and equipment essential to plant productivity. The ideal candidate excels in a fast‑paced environment, has strong industrial automation knowledge, and prioritizes safety and precision.
This position is for a day shift Industrial Electrician.

Compensation:
$35 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment
Troubleshoot issues with motors, drives, PLCs, conveyors, control panels, and automated machinery
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Read and interpret industrial electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic
Test electrical systems to identify hazards or defects, ensuring compliance with electrical codes
Calibrate and maintain industrial sensors, instrumentation, and control systems
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams
Follow strict safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant regulations
This position is safety sensitive
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Licensed Journeyman Electrician or Industrial Electrician certification (state‑specific)
3+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience
Strong understanding of 3‑phase power, control circuits, and industrial wiring
Experience with VFDs, motors, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial automation
Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical prints, and technical manuals
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy machinery
