Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate must have the ability to take ownership and be a self-directed self-starter, be a strategic thinker, and have the ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team. With responsibility for all program areas, the Director will execute all areas of need for the organization including management in the following areas: Fiscal Operational Program Development Community Relations Board Relations Experience with Quick Books and Shul Cloud desirable. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Supervision for a staff of three.
