The Role
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Primary Care team!
As an FNP at PedIM Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. If you are passionate about improving the health and well-being of individuals and families, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position. What You'll Do:
Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages, addressing acute and chronic health conditions, prescribe medications, therapies, and provide patient education as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Adhere to state and federal regulations and the policies of PedIM Healthcare.
Requirements:
Qualities That Make You A Great Fit:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (FNP).
Current, unrestricted state FNP license.
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
CPR and BLS certifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
Continuing education to stay current with medical advances and best practices.
Working conditions:
Schedule M-F 8:30AM-5PM
Rotating on-call schedule
