Position Overview:

We are currently seeking another litigation attorney to join our team. The firm offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging legal issues alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: * Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of complex legal issues

Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and memoranda Assist with case management and preparation for trials and hearings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions

Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar and in good standing 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment within the litigation practice Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated commitment to excellence and professionalism
