Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (IMC RN)

for a permanent, full-time night shift role. This opportunity offers

12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and strong compensation incentives , including a

relocation reimbursement up to $2,500 The IMC RN provides high-acuity care to patients who require advanced monitoring and intervention but do not meet ICU criteria. This is a fast-paced, team-driven environment ideal for nurses who thrive in critical thinking and complex patient care.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Permanent, full-time role Intermediate / Progressive Care Unit (IMC / PCU) High-acuity patient population Continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring Collaborative, teamwork-focused environment SHIFT DETAILS

Full-time, 12-hour shifts Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Rotating weekends required Occasional overtime may be required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage high-acuity patients requiring advanced monitoring and rapid intervention Care for patient populations including sepsis, DKA, post open-heart procedures, and continuous cardiac infusions Monitor patients requiring non-invasive ventilation such as BiPAP and CPAP Assess and respond quickly to changes in hemodynamic and respiratory status Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Serve as an advocate and educator for patients and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of permanent residency American Heart Association

BLS

and

ACLS

certifications (required) NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

certification required or ability to obtain prior to hire Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available) COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
