Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with experienced partners and senior attorneys Handle all stages of litigation from case initiation through trial Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery documents Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations Perform in-depth legal research and provide strategic analysis Manage multiple active litigation files and deadlines Prepare for and support trial and appellate proceedings Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the

Georgia Bar

or meets the Georgia Bar requirements for Admission on Motion without Examination 3–5 years of relevant experience in insurance coverage and civil litigation Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Excellent organizational and time management capabilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and critical thinking capabilities A commitment to professional growth and development in civil trial practice
