Installation Technician

You are the technical closer. While our Partnership Development Associates (PDAs) find the venues, you ensure the hardware is deployed perfectly and stays operational. You will coordinate with our 3rd-party logistics (3PL) partners for equipment delivery and take over on-site to perform the final rigging, bolting, and technical commissioning. This is a Full-Time Hourly role that rewards precision, hustle, and technical problem-solving. You'll be rewarded: Hourly Pay: A competitive base rate ($26-$30/hr) with 1.5x Overtime for work over 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week. Team Deployment Bonus: Quarterly bonuses when the California team hits its total rollout targets.
