Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)

to join the Adult Psychiatry unit at Wyandotte Hospital. This role provides compassionate, high-quality psychiatric nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient safety, recovery, and therapeutic outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive psychiatric nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) Coordinate and supervise patient care activities while ensuring accurate documentation Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in patient de-escalation techniques and psychiatric assessments Assist in identifying and resolving variances in patient care goals Uphold hospital policies, safety standards, and quality-of-care expectations Schedule Details Shifts:

12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Work Pattern Options:

Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Wednesday, Thursday OR alternate schedules including Sunday, Thursday, Friday / Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
