Fence Installer Foreman

*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience with various types of fencing installations. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The Fence Installer will work closely with project manager and clients to ensure that all installations meet specifications and are completed on time. Valid driver's license is a must. *Responsibilities* * Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. * Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges. * Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards on all job sites. * Manage project scheduling and coordinate with team members for efficient workflow. * Perform quality control checks throughout the installation process to ensure high standards are met. * Supervise junior staff or subcontractors during installations as needed. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in construction, specifically in fence installation or related fields. * Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating techniques. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts effectively. * Experience in quality control processes within a construction environment. * Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. * Excellent management skills with prior supervising experience being a plus. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
