Senior Associate Program Manager

Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units. Partner with the Product Analytics and Insights team to support their book of work, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs. Coordinate and track analytics-driven initiatives that support the EX product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage project plans, milestones, and team workflows using Jira; continuously improve Jira processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and transparency. Manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of analytics requests from stakeholders, aligning requests with team capacity and strategic objectives.
