practice in the

Bay Area , with flexibility for placement in

Palo Alto or San Francisco . This is an

elite litigation group

with a strong reputation for both the quality of its work and the way it develops its lawyers. Associates work closely with experienced trial lawyers on all aspects of patent litigation, including district court matters, ITC investigations, and appellate work, often in cases with significant commercial and strategic impact.

Hiring Profile The firm is seeking

3rd–5th year associates

with strong

patent litigation experience

gained at a elite Big Law firm. Ideal candidates will have a technical background, including an undergraduate and/or advanced degree in

engineering, computer science, physics, or a closely related field , and experience handling substantive components of patent litigation matters.

Qualifications Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a similar discipline California Bar admission preferred Excellent academic and professional credentials
