Nmble Medical is partnering with a 5-star outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in beautiful Sanibel, Florida to add a Physical Therapist to their dedicated and patient-focused team . The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about evidence-based care, patient education, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for orthopedic and post-surgical conditions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong manual therapy skills a plus Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Commitment to high-quality, outcome-driven care
