The CNA will provide essential personal care services to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, as well as monitoring residents' health and promptly reporting changes to the nursing staff.This role is vital to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents, while upholding our organization's mission to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.If you are a team player with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Education Qualifications:

FTE 0.6 - 0.9 FLEX - This position will be scheduled as 24 - 36 hours per week

Rate of Pay: $15.00/hour during training

upon certification, based on Essentia Homestead Care Center’s CNA pay scale

Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program, current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtains within 4 months of hire/transfer date, or successful completion of facility training per 1135 Waiver.
