Location Mt. Ascutney, NH Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour night shifts. Job Description We are seeking a qualified House Supervisor for our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate must possess supervisory experience and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Department. Ensure effective patient management and care coordination. Handle unplanned situations and manage aggressive behaviors from patients or families. Lead the nursing team in critical thinking and decision-making scenarios. Communicate effectively across all levels of staff and patient care teams. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 5 years of recent inpatient experience. Current supervisory experience within the past 6 months. Experience in a Critical Access facility. CERNER EMR experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
